Product Overview:
H44TC ceramic check valve is widely used in industries such as thermal power plants, steel, petroleum, chemical, papermaking, biotechnology, etc. Suitable for conveying boiler steam, lime slurry, seawater containing particles, high hardness particles, corrosive media containing soft particles, powders, flue gas desulfurization, ash discharge, slag discharge, and water treatment. Especially in the face of harsh working conditions such as high wear, strong corrosion, high temperature, and high pressure, ceramic valves demonstrate their outstanding performance. Ceramic valves can meet high wear and strong corrosion environments, and their outstanding feature is their long service life. Structural features:
1. The thickness of the valve shell exceeds the standard data requirements of national standards GB, JB, and American standard ANSI, and the chemical elements and mechanical properties of the main material meet the national standard requirements. The three-stage structure design of the shell is sturdy and aesthetically pleasing.
2. The chemical elements of the valve stem material meet the national standard requirements, with precision grinding and surface treatment of corrosion-resistant nitriding or quenching, ensuring that the valve stem has good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
3. Built in buffer compensation elastic gasket ensures stable and good sealing performance. And in the presence of impurities, it is not easy to get stuck and cause the ball to break.
4. The fully lined hard sealing surface contact ceramic ball valve is made of structural ceramic material in contact with the medium, which has the characteristics of chemical stability and extremely high hardness (hardness HRA88 or above, second only to diamond). Therefore, ceramics have high compressive strength, high wear resistance, excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and good thermal insulation performance.
5. Manufacturing and production with precise grinding technology and advanced mechanical equipment. The valve structure is simple, the flow channel is smooth, and the medium flow resistance is small. The hard sealed ceramic internal components consist of six scientifically designed parts. The valve ball and valve seat surfaces are processed in contact, ensuring a tight fit between the ball and the inner and outer R of the seat. The ball has high precision, good surface quality, light torque, low resistance, and zero leakage of the entire valve.
